Deka Process provides professional support for the testing and maintenance of tank protection equipment. Using our TÜV-certified portable testing unit, we perform both set pressure and leak-tightness tests on PVRV and ERV vents (2”-24” diameter, -500mbar…7000mbar set pressure) using nitrogen or air, in compliance with API and ASME standards. In case maintenance is needed, operations such as lapping, weight checks, pallet checks, polishing, sandblasting, surface cleaning, spare parts replacement, and painting are performed on the valves.

The test results are certified with high precision via our computer program.

We store historical test reports in our cloud-based program for many years, providing support in evaluating the performance of your safety valves over time and establishing a periodic maintenance routine.
