VALVE TEST AND MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE
• Pre-testing of the valve using professional Ventil-brand test machines
• Valves that fail the test are delivered to the customer along with their test certificates
• If requested by the customer, the valve is disassembled, and a detailed preliminary service report is provided, including root cause analysis of the problem
• The service report also contains detailed information about solutions and procedures to be carried out
• If part replacement is needed due to cracks or fractures in internal components, the customer is informed
• Cleaning of valve parts and internal/external surfaces is performed through lapping, surface cleaning, turning, milling, sandblasting, etc.
• The disassembled valve is reassembled, recalibrated, and retested
• Both set-point and leak tests are repeated to complete the valve testing
• Valves are packaged according to the transport procedure and made ready for shipment
• Test and calibration certificates, along with the final service report, are sent to the customer
