The actuator is an operator mechanism that automates the opening/closing process of the valve. It is mounted on the valve and connected to the valve body. By converting compressed air into mechanical energy, it drives the movement of the valve. The most common issue in actuators is air leakage from the bearing O-rings. Solid particles in the air and moisture, which gradually turns into water, can cause pneumatic actuators to malfunction. Moving parts and O-rings wear out, gear components can break, and springs may be damaged.

We disassemble your actuators, wash all moving parts with pressurized water, and clean them thoroughly. We inspect O-rings, springs, and other parts. After sandblasting the metal components of the actuators and reapplying paint, we subject them to pressure tests in accordance with standards.
